No hidden fees. No hourly charges. We price by volume — you only pay for the space your junk takes up in our truck.
We charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Think of it like a moving truck — the more space you fill, the more it costs. Simple.
A few small items (a chair, some bags, a small appliance)
Small cleanout (a few pieces of furniture + some bags/boxes)
Medium job (garage cleanout, several rooms of furniture)
Large job (whole-house cleanout, major renovation debris)
Volume — The biggest factor. More stuff = more space = higher price. But we're efficient packers, so you often pay less than you expect.
Weight — Extremely heavy items (concrete, dirt, roofing) may carry a small surcharge due to disposal costs and weight limits.
Location — If items are in a hard-to-reach spot (upstairs, tight hallway, no elevator), it may slightly affect the price due to extra labor time.
Special items — Certain items like mattresses, TVs, and appliances with refrigerants have specific disposal requirements that may add a small fee.
Call us and describe what you need removed. We'll give you a ballpark over the phone and an exact price when we see it in person. Free, no-obligation estimates.
📞 Call Now — (321) 450-3400Pricing is by volume, based on how much space your items take in the truck. A minimum load runs $75 to $150, a quarter truck $150 to $300, a half truck $300 to $450, and a full truck $450 to $700 or more. You get the price before any loading starts, so there are no surprises at the end.
You are quoted on site, before any loading begins, based on how much space the items take in the truck. Payment is on completion. Because the quote is given after seeing the actual load rather than over the phone, it does not move afterwards — the common frustration with volume pricing is being quoted blind and then re-quoted at the kerb, which is exactly what looking first avoids.
